Exactly! Well put. Having a career in that field or pursuing it you have to be because there are a great deal that will mess with and hassle people who are basically better than them at something. It's an ugly sector full of ugly beings that act their shoe size not their ages. The globe is full of sorts you can't be anything but blunt towards because they'll walk on you. There are decent people in the world sure, the ones that aren't you have to be mean as hell towards. That is how you garner respect otherwise those problems in that sector won't respect those they hassle.
